Refund Policy

At Sunny Beach Global, we try our best to make your beach getaway smooth and stress-free. Sometimes plans change – we get it. This Refund Policy explains how refunds work, when you can get them, and what steps you need to follow.
1. General Policy
Refunds are possible for cancellations of trips, tours, or services booked through Sunny Beach Global.
All refunds are subject to the policies of our travel partners (hotels, airlines, tour operators). We will always try to negotiate the best outcome for you.
Service fees, booking fees, and other administrative costs may not be refundable.
2. Cancellation by You
If you need to cancel your trip:
More than 30 days before departure: Full or partial refund depending on the provider’s rules. Usually, you get most of your money back, minus small admin fees.
15–30 days before departure: Refund depends on provider; often 50–70% of trip cost returned.
Less than 15 days before departure: Refunds are very limited or unavailable.
Tip: Notify us as soon as you know you need to cancel. The earlier, the better chance of getting more money back.
3. Cancellation by Sunny Beach Global or Partner
Sometimes, unexpected things happen – weather, strikes, or provider issues. If we or our partners cancel your trip:
We will inform you immediately.
Full refunds will be issued for the canceled service.
If possible, we will offer alternative dates or destinations.
4. Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may apply if:
You miss part of your trip.
You decide not to use optional add-ons (tours, activities, upgrades).
You check out early from a hotel.
Refunds are calculated according to the unused portion and provider rules.

Refunds are usually processed within 10–30 business days, depending on the provider and payment method.
6. Non-Refundable Items
Some services or fees may not be refundable:
Flights booked directly with airlines under “non-refundable” terms
Certain resort or hotel deposits
Travel insurance (if purchased separately)
Processing or service fees
7. Changes vs. Refunds
If you want to change dates or destinations, it may be easier than a full cancellation. We try to help rearrange your trip without extra cost if possible.
